Tasting Profile
Light-Medium
A bright light-medium roast with delicate green tea, lemon verbena, and blackberry notes. The floral complexity and vibrant acidity create an elegant, sophisticated cup that showcases Ethiopia's distinctive terroir.
Origin & Region
Ethiopia, Guji, Hadeso
Farmers in Hadeso intercrop coffee with native species such as false banana trees, which provide shade and help fertilize the soil. This traditional farming approach maintains biodiversity while producing exceptional quality coffee from one of Ethiopia's premier growing regions.
Altitude & Processing
1,850-2,100 MASL (meters above sea level)
Washed processing method where producers deliver coffee in cherry form without creating pulp waste on the farm. The coffee is fermented in cement tanks for 36 to 48 hours and then dried for five to seven days under plastic parabolic covers, preserving the delicate floral and fruit characteristics.
Blend Composition
Ethiopian Heirloom Varietals
Pure Ethiopian heirloom Arabica varietals that showcase the unique genetic diversity and terroir of coffee's birthplace. These ancient cultivars provide exceptional cup quality with distinctive floral and fruit characteristics that can only be found in Ethiopia's indigenous coffee forests.
